  1. Key Account Manager: The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing Webby Toys’ presence across various online platforms. This is an ownership-driven role with direct impact on revenue and growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    Marketplace Account Management
    • End-to-end management of Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts
    • Listing creation and optimization, SEO improvements, A+ content coordination
    • Monitoring catalog health, ratings, reviews, and suppressions
    • Planning and executing deals, promotions, and sale events

    Quick Commerce Management
    • Managing Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart accounts
    • Assortment planning and SKU optimization
    • Ensuring stock availability and maintaining fill rates
    • Coordinating with category managers to improve visibility and performance

    Performance and Growth
    • Tracking daily sales performance, ACOS, TACOS, and ROI
    • Coordinating with advertising teams for PPC planning
    • Identifying underperforming SKUs and creating revival strategies
    • Using data insights to improve conversion and revenue

    Inventory and Operations
    • Demand forecasting and replenishment planning
    • Coordinating with supply chain and warehouse teams
    • Managing FBA and marketplace warehouse operations
    • Minimizing stock-outs and overstock situations

    Platform Relationship Management
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with platform category managers
    • Negotiating placements and campaign participation
    • Ensuring compliance and reducing risk of penalties

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    • 3–6 years of experience managing Amazon and Flipkart accounts
    • Experience handling quick-commerce platforms preferred
    • Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms and PPC
    • Proficient in Excel and inventory planning
    • Highly analytical and data-driven
    • Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  2. Performance Marketing Manager: The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing paid advertising across various online channels. The role directly impacts revenue, ACOS, TACOS and overall contribution margins.

    This is a high-accountability role focused on scale and profitability.

    Key Responsibilities

    Marketplace Advertising Management
    • End-to-end management of Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
    • Managing Flipkart Ads and platform-specific ad formats
    • Planning and executing quick-commerce performance campaigns
    • Keyword research, bid optimization and budget allocation

    Campaign Strategy & Scaling
    • Building structured campaign architecture (SKU-wise and category-wise)
    • Launch strategy for new products
    • Seasonal and sale event ad planning
    • Scaling winning campaigns while maintaining profitability

    Performance Optimization
    • Monitoring ACOS, TACOS, ROAS and contribution margins
    • Daily tracking and optimization of campaigns
    • Reducing wasted spend and improving ad efficiency
    • Data-driven experimentation (A/B testing creatives, keywords, placements)

    Reporting & Analytics
    • Creating weekly and monthly performance reports
    • Deep analysis of keyword trends, search terms and conversion rates
    • Identifying scaling opportunities and risk areas
    • Aligning ad strategy with inventory availability

    Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Working closely with account management team
    • Aligning with inventory planning to avoid stock-out during scale
    • Coordinating with creative team for high-converting ad creatives
    • Planning promotions in sync with marketing calendar

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce advertising
    • Experience handling large ad budgets
    • Strong understanding of ACOS, TACOS, ROAS and margin-based scaling
    • Highly analytical with strong Excel skills
    • Experience launching and scaling consumer brands
    • Strong ownership mindset with focus on revenue growth

  3. Junior PPC Specialist: The Junior PPC Specialist will assist in executing, monitoring and optimizing paid campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart and quick-commerce platforms. This is an execution-heavy role with strong learning and growth potential.

    Key Responsibilities

    Campaign Execution
    • Creating and managing Amazon Sponsored Products campaigns
    • Supporting Sponsored Brands and Display campaigns
    • Assisting in Flipkart Ads campaign setup and monitoring
    • Uploading keywords, managing bids and budgets

    Daily Optimization
    • Monitoring campaign performance daily
    • Adjusting bids based on performance data
    • Identifying irrelevant keywords and adding negative keywords
    • Improving CTR and conversion rates

    Keyword Research
    • Conducting keyword research using platform tools
    • Analyzing search term reports
    • Expanding keyword lists based on performance data

    Reporting
    • Preparing weekly performance reports
    • Tracking ACOS, ROAS and spend
    • Maintaining campaign tracking sheets
    • Highlighting performance issues to the senior team

    Coordination
    • Working with account management team to align ads with promotions
    • Coordinating with creative team for ad creatives
    • Ensuring campaigns are aligned with inventory availability

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    • 0–2 years of experience in Amazon/Flipkart advertising (internship experience acceptable)
    • Basic understanding of ACOS, ROAS and PPC structure
    • Comfortable with Excel and data analysis
    • Detail-oriented and analytical
    • Strong willingness to learn and grow in performance marketing
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  4. Accounts Executive: The Accounts Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts, managing GST compliance, reconciling marketplace payments and supporting financial reporting. The role requires strong understanding of Tally and practical experience in handling accounting operations in a trading or e-commerce business.

    Key Responsibilities

    Accounting & Bookkeeping
    • Maintaining books of accounts in Tally
    • Recording sales, purchase entries, expenses and journal vouchers
    • Bank and cash reconciliations
    • Vendor and customer ledger reconciliation

    GST & Compliance
    • Preparing GST workings and supporting GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filings
    • Reconciling GSTR-2A/2B with purchase records
    • Coordinating with CA for return filings and compliance matters
    • Maintaining proper documentation and audit readiness

    Marketplace Reconciliation
    • Reconciling Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplace settlement reports
    • Tracking commissions, fees and deductions
    • Identifying discrepancies in payouts
    • Coordinating with account management team for resolution

    Payables & Receivables
    • Managing vendor payments and due schedules
    • Tracking receivables and follow-ups
    • Preparing payment summaries and cash flow updates

    Reporting & MIS
    • Assisting in monthly closing activities
    • Preparing basic MIS reports
    • Supporting management with financial data as required

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    • 1–4 years of experience in accounting
    • Strong working knowledge of Tally (Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime)
    • Good understanding of GST compliance
    • Experience handling e-commerce marketplace reconciliation preferred
    • Proficient in Excel
    • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy
